Operation Himmelblick reopens the roof: From July to September 2025, the top deck of the CittiPoint mall in Berlin-Wedding transforms into a 2,000 m² experimental site for art, collectivity, and urban reimagination. With a pavilion, residencies, interventions, and hands-on workshops, the project reclaims the city’s unused verticals as spaces of possibility.
